Vision of VMPS

The vision of the is to build a just, democratic, and humane society where no individual is subjected to enforced disappearance, illegal detention, torture, or extrajudicial persecution, and where every person enjoys the fundamental rights guaranteed under international human rights law and the Constitution.

VMPS envisions a future in which all missing persons are safely recovered, families of victims receive justice and dignity, and state institutions remain fully accountable to the rule of law. The organization strives for a society where freedom of thought, political belief, peaceful activism, and human dignity are respected without fear of abduction, intimidation, or repression.

Inspired by international human rights principles and global movements against enforced disappearances, VMPS seeks to stand in solidarity with victims and families across the world and contribute toward the global struggle for truth, justice, accountability, and human rights protection.
